By using an All Saints Hotel voucher to process your booking, you accept the terms & conditions detailed below. All Saints Hotel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. Monetary vouchers can be used as part or full payment towards any service at All Saints Resort, if the full amount has not been redeemed, a new balance will be recorded. All Saints Resort will keep and dispose of any used vouchers. Experience vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used to redeem the experience stated on the voucher. All vouchers are non-refundable. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift voucher packages are subject to offer availability excluding event dates and bank holidays. In the event of a no show at the hotel, without informing us outside of your cancelation deadline will result in loss of 100% of your booking cost. All vouchers carry a one year expiry period, the date of which is stated above. This date is non-negotiable, any unused vouchers will automatically expire on our system and cannot be re-instated. Should a voucher be misplaced, an online copy can be resent to the email it was purchased with.
